This year CNY marked the first time we had pre-CNY dinner in KL. I don’t call it reunion dinner, since it wasn’t with hubby’s, nor my family. We attended Yiu Yiu’s primary school orientation on Friday.  Parents and students were assembled in the hall at 8.30am and the orientation started with the children being lined up according to their classes. The girls woke up yesterday morning to find that their papa was already out of the house. Yiu Yiu was a bit upset as she didn’t know where her papa was. Just then, my mobile phone rang and it was papa at the other end. Turned out, he went for a morning walk at Bukit Kiara with his buddies, and he was having breakfast. CNY 2011 came, and in a few days time, will officially be over. This year, we went back to Kuantan as usual, and we had a rather quiet CNY – not as much visiting nor visitors as in previous years. Lots…work wise. Hence the silence in this space. Within the first three weeks of January, I’ve travelled to Penang for a dinner talk at this lovely restored mansion...…and conducted a training at this new resort in Melaka. These are all I got to see at the resort, as I arrived in the late evening, followed by a full day training the next day which ended at close to 7pm, before driving back to KL.
