We stayed at the Sheraton Langkawi Beach Resort. The rooms are housed in chalets scattered all over the resort amidst lush greenery, and it's not unusual to see monkey and squirrels roaming about. The rooms are incredibly spacious, and comes with a huge balcony.
The cousins enjoying instant noodles in the balcony
We asked for a baby cot in each room, and despite that, there was still ample space for the children to run about. My only complaint was having to rely on buggy ride to and from the lobby.
Waiting for the buggy in front of our rooms

The children enjoyed spending time by the beach and in the pool.

We rented a Toyota Innova so it was convenient driving about the island to visit some of the attractions, as well as eating out.

wow...I must say your sil is very brave to bring such a young baby into a swimming pool.
And even more brave to get into a swimsuit so soon.
great fun!
i've never been to langkawi before! hope to go there one day.
btw, your little girl yan yan is getting cuter and cuter each day!
Just drop by to say "Hello".
Happy holidays!
No worry about Yiu Yiu's exams, I never do revision with my daughter too. Yiu Yiu is still young, let her enjoy childhood without exam stress.
ur sis don't look like she baru beranak!! I've not been to langkawi for so many years, maybe time to make a trip there
Wai Leng, who's using the sling? So funny that she still support the baby with her hands, so lovingly instead of free hands (being supported by the fabric)
Your sister really knows how to make use of maternity fully..
But it's a good holiday for everybody...
I stayed in Sheraton when I was there too like 20 years ago! Is the place still as good? I like the chalets... esp the bathroom over looking the bed!
smallkucing/HW - school holidays is upon us. Quick quick make a trip there :-)
Buffafly - the weather was super hot in Langkawi so I'm sure my little nephew enjoyed the dip in the pool.
Shenny's mommy - I hardly do revision with her too, except during exam time. At least just go through with her to make sure she knows what to expect during the exam.
Jazz - and take lots of photos for us to ogle at :-)
Chinnee - my mum was the one using the sling in the picture. My little nephew is too kpc to stay inside the sling when he's awake and will keep on wriggling non-stop so mum had to "release" him from the sling - hence the need to support him.
zmm - yeah, coz she said it'll be difficult for her to take leave once she starts work.
Angeleyes - I love the spaciousness of the rooms, but frankly, the fittings, etc are in dire need of sprucing up.
