Did my medical
check-up last month, and collected the report two weeks ago – clean bill of
health, except for the borderline low iron levels. Been advised to take more meat (now I’ve got
an excuse to bring on the burgers and steaks, NOT!) or multivitamins.
Coincidentally, my company rented a body composition analysis equipment for a month in conjunction with Health @ Work campaign. My BMI is just touching the upper limit of normal for Asians, so gotta lose some weight, 4kg to be exact. Sigh! The weight has been creeping up slowly since I stopped breastfeeding. Hmm…time for another one so I can breastfeed again? Haha! Other than that, my report shows that I’ve got good stamina, good calcium deposition in my bones, and good upper and lower body strength so I've got no complaints.

And the good news... Is not about eating more meat or losing 4 kg... Is It a third child? Hehehehehe... Quick spill it!
smallkucing - can't complain, since it's been ages I did any exercise.
Irene - the good news is that's I've got a clean bill of health la! I wished it's a 3rd child leh...coz as much as I want a 3rd child, I've not started "working" on it :-)
You can start to 'work' on it now.......make a Sri Lanka bb ;).
Ask ur doters to bunk in with grannies la........am sure they won't mind :D
good news! i need to lose weight too - i think 10 kg would be good!
good health is everything !
passing by from google search, instead of take more meat, try supplement, Iron Folic to replenish the iron your body need. :)
WK - you think? They are sticking to me like leeches, especially Yan Yan.
HW - I think it'll be really hard for me to lose that 4kg, coz I practise a "see food" diet :-)
Chinnee - indeed
